Good spot for office supplies

My office needed a new commercial coffee maker and some non-dairy creamer, and Coffee USA had good prices. The Hatco GRCD-2GP Glo-Ray 2 Drawer Warmer was out of stock, which was a bummer, but I found an alternative. Discounts were tricky with our existing contract pricing, but I still saved a bit. Delivery was fine, just wish the website was clearer about combining deals earlier in checkout.

Good for office supplies

We needed to reorder creamer canisters and some paper cups for the office breakroom. I usually just grab whatever from Staples, but decided to check out Coffee USA this time. Their prices were pretty competitive, especially since we bought a bigger case of the creamers. Everything arrived in good shape, though one of the cup sleeves was a bit bent. The quality of the cups was fine, nothing fancy but they do the job. It was an easy process overall, good to know there's another option for our office stuff.

Consistent quality, returning again

This is my third time ordering from Coffee USA. I got my usual order of whole bean coffee and some espresso beans this time. The quality is always reliable, and they pack everything well so nothing gets damaged in transit. I did notice the website felt a bit slower loading this visit compared to last, but overall, it was another solid experience.

Fantastic selection, great prices!

I absolutely loved my order from Coffee USA! I got the whole bean coffee and some hot cocoa mix, and everything was just perfect. The shipping was super fast, took only 3 days to get here. I'm already planning my next order; this place is a gem. I told my coworker about it too. One of the coffee bags had a small scuff mark, but it was sealed fine.

Good coffee, quick delivery

Ordered some ground coffee. Came fast, well-packaged. Coffee tasted fresh. Happy with the purchase. Will buy again. The box was a bit dented on one corner but nothing inside was damaged.

Solid experience, good value

I was looking for a new supplier for our office's coffee, and Coffee USA came up. I ordered a commercial coffee maker and several bags of filter packs. The ordering process was straightforward on their website, and delivery to our office in Austin took about 4 days, which was reasonable. Everything arrived securely, though the coffee maker box looked a little roughed up. The coffee maker works perfectly, and the coffee quality is consistent with what we need. Customer support was helpful when I called about a tracking question. Overall, a reliable source for office supplies. I wish they had more options for tea brewers.

Good deal, slow shipping

I ordered some cases of filter packs. The bulk pricing was really good, saved a decent amount. Shipping took 5 days to reach my home in Miami, a little longer than I hoped, but the value made up for it.

Good deal on K-Cups

I was looking to stock up on some single-serve cups and found Coffee USA. They had a bulk discount on the Green Mountain Coffee Breakfast Blend K-Cups, which made them a lot cheaper per cup than what I usually pay at the grocery store. Shipping took about 5 days to get to me, but it was free so I can't complain too much. The price was really the main draw, felt like a solid saving.

Decent selection, minor hiccup

I recently bought a commercial coffee maker and some creamer canisters for my small office. The selection was good, and the prices were competitive, especially for the equipment. The coffee maker works great, and the creamer arrived in perfect condition. I was a bit disappointed that the tracking information wasn't updated for a full 24 hours after I received the shipping confirmation, which made planning for delivery a little tricky. Customer service was helpful when I called, though, so it wasn't a major issue.
